Empower App review: Transferred $1,000 and they have stolen it!!

Empower is a money app, that lets you link a bank account and it reads your activity and decides if you can borrow money from them & they also have there own debit card you can get, so I signed up, and transferred $1,000 of my hard earned money from my bank into my empower card, they than tell me I have to verify my identity with my driver's license and what not, the thing is I couldn't find my license at the time but had a photo of it on my phone. This was all in the month of late july. Come early september, I was able to find my driver's licence, and finally verify my identity through there verification link. Mind you, that in-between july and sept these guys have done nothing to help me get my money, i've been homeless, raising my son, and the whole 9 yards. So after I verified I was relieved that I was going to be getting my money once and for all but nope! These guys are giving me such a bad run around, they have stolen a single mothers hard earned money! The worst ive ever been treated by a company/app customers service in my entire life! I've been kicked while i've already been down time and time again by these crooks!

Arsalan is the main culprit at empower, who has made me jump through hoops only to give me the run around after successfully completing whatever stunt side task he has me do! Please give me my money back! I've provided my original bank statement, showing the funds being transferred in, but nope not good enough after being told i'd have my account unfrozen immediately after providing statement!
