Elton D Johnson review: He just took our money and didn't provide any service

Me and my brother decided to hire a new lawyer elton johnson so.Bend in. My brother gave him $3000.00 down for a case and owed him $2000 the total cost would be $5000. After my brother didnt hear from elton over a month he called elton office looking for updates after questioning elton on his case elton became upset, after asking elton if he had any experience with his of case elton got upset and withdrew himself from my brother case and took the $3000 dollars and would not answer anymore of our phone calls. I also had an on gong case i gave elton $1000 down to look into my case our agreement was if my case wasn’t worth pursuing we would not go any further and the $1000 dollars would be his payment. After i wrote him an email asking him about my brother he got upset with me. I told him he was treating my brother unfair then he got upset with me. He told me he is also withdrawing from my case.And just for me telling him he was unfair to my brother. He added $1000 more to my case and said he will see me in court to get it. Even tho we only agreed to $1000 for my case. He just took our money and didn’t provide any service!
