Today is 12/17/2022 & the complaint I'm make is for Elite Pro Tools at [protected] in CA. charge on my bank statement 12/19/22 of $13.19 which leaves the balance in my account 0. I am a senior and it is the holidays and when I called them I was not satisfied with the results. If I call my bank Monday 12/19/22 they will cancel my card and issue a new one which will take a couple of days this is not good at the Christmas holiday. The $13.19 is pending in my account why couldn't this company re-track the charge since it is pending. I have no idea who this company is and how they got my information.
On 7/19/23 I also had a charge on my card from this company (Elite Pro Tools) in the amount of 107.55 but my bank declined the charge and now I have to get a new debit card. Never heard of this company.
I just got an email from my CC company asking me to verify a charge for $31.22 from Elite Pro Tool. The transaction was declined by the CC company but I needed to close the account and now have to wait for a new card to be mailed out. Just want to note this scam is still happening as of today's date 8-3-2023.
This happened today around 9:56 on July 5, 2023. Totalling 53.78
I was charged 107.55 on credit card that I didn’t make. It was withdrawn 6/8/23 at 12:00 AM. Attached is the charge information.

05/15/23 This company took 43.94 from my account. I've never heard of them. I had to cancel my debit card and am waiting to see if my bank can refund my money.
On 5/3/2023 I was charged 107.55 from this company I've never heard of.
Hoping my credit card can block transaction.
I know nothing about and hadn't heard of this merchant before until I had an amount of 107.55 charged and deducted from my personal banking card hopefully it gets refunded and whoever it is gets held accountable for fraudulent transactions/scams.
On 3/20/23 I also had a charge on my card from this company in the amount of 107.55 .
Who are they and where are they located these reviews are all I can find on the merchant/ scammer hopefully my financial institution gets this fixed soon also one would think with the technology available scammers/ frauds like this would be found and held accountable.
Yes Elite Pro Tools tried to take $38.69 from my account,,, but guess what my bank got them on a fraud charge and stopped the money form coming out of my account! I don't even know this Elite Pro Tools place! Beware people keep a good eye 👁️👁️👁️ on your Banking account! I have an awesome bank,, they know what I buy and definitely keep there eyes 👀👀 on me and my safety! The BBB needs to know about this place !
They took money from my Aunt as well, but I can't find anything about the company. No website, no physical address, and BBB has no info on them so you can't report them. The whole thing seems to be a scam with a fake business.
