Very disappointed in this company. I took a risk on a local company and regret it! This chair cost me $3000, a major purchase I waited years to make. I'm an older woman with no children — the chair has hardly been used. Unfortunately, after just over a year, flaws have come up in the upholstry. Elan/Verve Design + Workshop doesn't stand behind their product in any way. They want $1,400 to fix it. No offer of any kind of help other than to look for a cheaper upholstery shop to do repairs, but haven't heard back in 2 months. I expected so much better in quality and service. Save your money.
Desired outcome: I would like cost of repairs to be shared by the shop
