First, let me preface my complaint with this statement. We have never taken the time to complain about a fast food restaurant or service. But today was just too much. Today, 10/11/-2022 at 4:15 pm, my wife and I drove through the San Jacinto El Pollo Loco and received the worst service that we have EVER received from a fast food restaurant. First of all, it was extremely difficult to understand the person taking our order. I repeat extremely hard. Ok as our country receives more and more immigrants, we can understand that some people have difficulty being understood if english is their second language. But that does not excuse her attitude and unwillingness to listen to us explaining what we wanted. Then when we did receive our order, we were handed an extremely old and wilted salad. Asking to have her replace it added to her bad attitude. When we got home, again the salad was not fit to eat, we had to throw it out. What is wrong with El Pollo Loco to allow this kind of customer service? We will never grace the doors of your company again if this is what is to be expected.
