Was a great company for years that's why I used them for a full system install with panels, back up generator and water heater. Was very pleased. Fast forward to 7 years later. Solar is down. Water heater down. Have tried to reach them for weeks to honor the 25 year warranty on my system, that is currently down. Phone number is no longer in service, emails unanswered. Since I am contracted with ehs no other company will touch my solar system.

That’s a nightmare — a 25-year warranty means nothing if the company vanishes. I’m so sorry you’re stuck. Maybe check with the Florida DBPR to see if their license is still active; sometimes the bond can be claimed. You deserve a working system.
