On and around the 14th of Oct 2022 my solar panels stopped working again for the third time since we had them installed. in 2020. My panels where down for 3 months Which caused us to have high electric bills. It took us close to 4 month to rebuild the extra back up. Had to get a lawyer to get paid for the extra bill.

They refused to pay bill.

So here we are again. Called them and told them something was wrong because my bill was higher then normal. this was about two months ago. They checked system from office and said nothing was wrong. Didn't even suggest sending someone to check. When i called them this time the person who answered the told me that Solar Edge know the inverter was out and sending to my house and for me to call them when it gets here and they would come out and install. Only problem is Solar edge don't monitor system. so how did they know. They didn't. I called Solar Edge was told i needed a case number. but yet EHS told me there's no case number. Solar Edge also said they have NO records on my break down. EHS told my daughter they would be out on the 21st to install new inverter. EHS has lied from the beginning and still lying. There is alot more to this story!

Desired outcome: I want them to pay for extra power being used due to the break down for the 3rd time.
