We bought a used car from them and two days later it was having issues with steering assist and temperature gauge turning off causing the vehicle fan to work overtime. It seems like the vehicle thinks it is overheating when it is not. The dealership's response was "we drove it two hours with no issues", I called multiple times and they never tried to help us! Also when we traded in our car for the vehicle we bought from them, they took the old license plate off and put it on the new vehicle, I was unaware at the time but this is a felony! The DMV informed me that they should have given us a temporary plate for the vehicle.

I have a 02 GMC Envoy that was running when I purchased the vehicle, I did not get from them, but I took it there to get an Oil Change on 11/18/2022 and on 12/15/2022. The car would not start, and my husband said I though you got an oil change I did, and I have the receipt that says they did it, but I don't think they did and now my engine is locked. I had it towed to back to GMC on 12/29/2022 and they never called me and said nothing I had to email Mark Rice on 1/5/2023 and asked had they looked at my truck, yet he said yes, and he would call me in the morning. At 11:16am he called and told me they don't want to look at my truck because it has electrical problems. My engine has nothing to do with an electrical issue that I don't have I want to know why after 2 week I don't have any oil in my car and was charged How are you not going to look at a vehicle that is GMC so 1/6/2023 My husband went to speak to Mark Rice and a manager and they gave my husband the same BS about an electrical issue. So, I paid for an Oil Change for ($64.87) I didn't get and a tow ($127.00) for nothing after he know I was bringing my car back. I will be contacting the attorney general and the better business bureau. They never called me because they knew they screwed up I had to call the. Very disappointed.
