Ecomm Partnerships LLC review: Ecommerce store-management & inventory sourcing / amazon & walmart store operations

I hired Ecomm Partnerships LLC for full ecommerce store-management. I paid a setup fee and provided funds for inventory purchases, relying on them to source products, manage my Amazon Seller account, handle listings, and coordinate supplier logistics.

From the start, communication was very poor: meetings were often late or missed, updates were rare unless I repeatedly asked for them, and invoices or documentation for inventory purchases were never provided. When Amazon requested supply-chain documentation for the products they claimed to buy, the paperwork Ecomm Partnerships provided was repeatedly rejected. As a result, my account was deactivated, funds were withheld, and all remaining inventory was destroyed — even though I had paid for it.

After that failure, Ecomm Partnerships told me we would “pivot” to Walmart, and I paid additional funds for what was described as Walmart inventory. That inventory never appeared, was never delivered, and no invoices, tracking info, or confirmations were provided.

By late 2025, all communication from Ecomm ceased. Their website and client portal went offline, and every company email address began returning as undeliverable. I received no inventory, no documentation, no refund, and no explanation. I estimate my total financial loss to be approximately $17,000.
