I ordered a cell phone from their website, which they actually never had. I sent the money via paypal and they never responded to my emails or calls regarding a request for a tracking number. Paypal has awarded me a claim but they don't have the money in their account so I am still waiting for a refund.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
On September 8, 2009, I paid $457.00 via PayPal for an LG 42" Plasma from "bestpricetvwarehouse.com" which is one of Baron Hopgood's various fraudulent endeavors. I never received the TV and after filing a dispute/claim PayPal decided the case in my favor, however they were unable to retrieve the money from Hopgood's account. The website "bestpricetvwarehouse.com" is now mysteriously under construction and Baron Hopgood is nowhere to be found.

I have reported my case to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center or (IC3) in hopes of having some sort of resolution.
Baron Hopgood is involved in real estate, clothing and technology retail, religion (Baron Hopgood Ministries or Destiny Ministries) and many more businesses.
Just google "Baron Hopgood" and you will find an endless list of his many businesses along with other websites and blogs accusing him of fraud.

I ordered a Plasma TV from this company, paid via PayPal and my money was taken but I was never sent a TV. I called numerous times, no return call; I sent numerous emails, no response. I submitted a claim via PayPal and they found in my favor as well but cant get any money from the seller because there is none in the account. I will be going to the BBB and also filing a claim in small claims court against them.
I have to disagree. This company provided me with my order information for tracking and delivered the product as promised. There hvae to be more to the story.
