Non-existent customer service has left me extremely frustrated
Non-existent customer service has left me extremely frustrated. I have emailed and called and no response already 5 days. I purchased a pair of pajamas for my daughter for Christmas. Though *** is quite expensive I did make my purchase online and as soon as I submitted it I noticed that *** form had cut off half of my street address. I tried to contact them immediately but they close at 2 pm PST so I emailed them. I waited and no response after 48 hours. I received an automated email notification that they had shipped the item already (to the wrong / missing data address) and I emailed them again. No response after another 48 hours. Today I called 4 times and selected each extension to try and reach someone. No answer - no live support. I left voicemails on each line. Very frustrating experience. They took my money but left me no channel to communicate. Order #XXXXXXXXX $108 on Dec. 11, 2020.
