The controls need to be replaced. One of them apparently had a short which melted part of the plastic covering and the other developed a very sticky substance on the back of the control. I have tried to contact the company many times but could not get through to them. When we purchased the bed we also purchased a lifetime warranty. I just want to be able to contact them.

Desired outcome: replace the controls.
