Please refer to our discussion regarding the above, We are surprised to know that you have opened the account of some company Maresk India Private limited that you informed us was introduced by Eastern Refractories Limited.

We hereby inform you that we have not given any introduction in this regard to any person or any company that was informed by you to us today. Moreover before opening the account also, you have not taken any confirmation from us.

We are surprised to know that a bank of your repute has opened the current account with a Forged Signature without any proper verification from the introducer.

We hereby confirm that we will not take any responsibility in this regard.

we are rather worried too much that somebody closely related with the bank is forging the seal and signatures of our company.

We shall be visiting you on monday to immediately change our signatures and take necessary steps to monitor our account which we feel appears to be in danger and risk
