Eastern Dental review: Wrong appointment given

I went to eastern dental to get a biopsy done at 2 pm but they tell me it was at 9 am. I took off from work to get this done. When I told her I have a card that says 2 pm she didn't say anything to me. I'm very upset. They charged my card for this. I'm sending you pictures of the cards to prove that was my appointment time for that procedure. I already paid for a procedure I did not have.

Desired outcome: Remove the bill that I was charged or give me a sooner date for the biopsy
