East Sussex Trading Standards have been falsely charging companies using the private prosecution powers which are not regulated like the CPS or police. They blackmail you, apply pressure, and bully small business into accepting guilty pleas similar to the post office convictions in an appalling manner. They will use powers to close your bank accounts They will use powers to take evidence from you which you will need to defend yourself. They will prepare false and misleading reports They will prepare misleading witness statements and false information.

What to do:-

It's really important that you send a complaint in recorded delivery to the Chief executive of East Sussex Council. Send emails to your MP's for assistance, they are aware of serious malpractice concerns against East Sussex council and are preparing evidence. Email the law project, they are building a case. Send an email complaint to the Solicitor Regulator authority SRA detailing complaint against the solicitor and the manner they're falsely preparing and using evidence. Make the Judge aware of your concerns, and others online. Together we can put a stop to East Sussex Council operating above the law, and together we can stop East Sussex Trading Standards from closing and bully small business, Most importantly don't trust these people they have little education and are poorly trained bullies. If they don't have evidence, they will make it up, so please be careful. You can also write to the Justice Secretary for the UK, advising of the abuse of powers.
