1 month later and still no refund given. How can they say that they have a issue getting the refund through to my Credit Union? I mean they can call me and we can do a conference call to my Credit Union. Otherwise, this is a scam company and other customers need to be warned. I am on a fixed income due to disability and yes, I am definitely milking it because it’s true and I don’t have a spare $200.00, lying around to give freely let a lone allow a company to take it illegally. They need to be reported.
