E Trade World review: Refund

As per their promise, I never got a genuine customer. When referred to by their "Manager," who will screen the customer to ensure that they are genuine.

So far I have been refereed 3 times and all of them are fake.

The last one I was referred to claimed to be from Mexico and live in Dubai.

He used his Mexican mobile number to communicate with me as referred to by the E-Trade World Manager.

I then rang him. and he did not pick it up. He then texted me saying he lived in Dubai. I requested his Dubai number and also his office address.

Upon checking, the address that he gave is a service apartment. I checked the internet for such a company and found out that the company has a different address.

I then realised, he was a fake customer that was so called "recommended by E-Trade World".

And this is what they claimed: that they would screen and check every customer.

I had requested a few times through their care team for a refund but was not entertained. They told me it was their policy not to refund me because I had taken the discount and showed me their policy guidelines. I told them that the first time I signed up for the membership, I was only asked to pay a small amount because I already have a website and now they turn their words around.

I also had a conversation which was referred to by Peter Das with their "Legal Department" with regard to my claim and refund. I was then threatened by that so-called unscrupulous "legal person" who must be part of their scam to scare me.

Recently, this "Mendez" guy whom I was told is the vice president of the company, together with Peter Das, offered me a SEO package for USD $5,000 for six month with a PROMISED again that there will be traffic going to my website. If within 3 months nothing happened, they will reimbursed me with the USD $5000 and my membership fee. (Am I that stupid to believed them again?). Few days later, I told that I do not want those package and requested for my refund. Again they came up with their scam tactics that according to the policy, I have taken the discount WHICH is actually, the discount is due to me having a Website already and not literally paying a discounted price for the membership.

I emailed to them daily requested for a discount and somehow, got a n email from their customer care and this is their reply:

"Thank you for sharing your concern with us. Please informed that you request has been forwarded to the Compliance Department to evaluate your account and the email that you have sent.

The process may take 15 to 20 working days to conclude."

I have not heard from them eversince.

Desired outcome: Getting my refund back
