Dwell Property Management review: Awful company

We bought a brand new townhouse that they manage. During our walk-through prior to moving in, there were a couple deficiencies noted, and we were assured they would be taken care of before we moved in. We realized very quickly after moving in that they hadn't been taken care of. We emailed right away and ended up being put off for 2 years. They finally agreed to send one of their own inspectors to look into whether it was a deficiency or whether it had happened after we moved in (despite the inspection report naming it as a deficiency). Their own inspector confirmed that it was a deficiency that was there prior to us moving in. They still refused to take care of it and fully rejected our claim. It was never taken care of.
