Can't contact company. Bought a Dvd/Cd playerwith a Durabrand battery, model BAT-09 Dc 7.4V 2800mAh will not hold a charge. Player will play as long as plugged into a wall socket but otherwise battery is not any good. Player Description 9" Portable DVD Player DC 9V 20W. I bought from a Walmart Store in Laurel Maryland. Please direct me to any known source for help.
I have been trying to find some help with this very thing! No one knows crap and half the things you try there's not a live person, even the customer service number is just a recording promting you to push certain buttons for different advertisements. All I want is to buy a new battery but can't locate one! This is the most rediculous company I have ever dealt with!
I have the same exact problem! Does anyone know who to contact? Walmart would not let me exchange it!
