DUCA Credit Union

I received absolutely no response whatsoever from Duca Credit Union President Conick at all for over 4 months regarding the following email I sent to him,

What an arrogant membership based credit union "President" who does not show a bit of decency to even respond to a member's complaint/pledge for help

"Sorry to bother you, President Conick,

I was not provided with the contact information of the proper supervising/managing/area directing higher person of Duca CBC branch multiple times over some losing mails containing my sensitive/personal/account information 3 times since Feb 26/26 sent to me supposedly from Duca CBC branch.

I have had no issues receiving similar/related mails from Member Connect since end of Nov/25., totally 5 & 2 more expected shortly.

Please direct me to the proper person as I have much serious concerns over what actually happened from the very source of these 3 lost mails from Duca CBC as well as how the manager has mishandled my complaints of not receiving his mails multiple times over the phone & in emails since March 4/26.
