Very poor service from DTDC couriers.
Booking made on 4th Mar
Pickup scheduled for 5th Mar
Not only do they fail to make the pickup even 24 hrs after the scheduled time, their customer support is completely unresponsive - only auto-responses claiming that the reference number which I correctly quotes is incorrect.
I then cancelled the pickup on 6th Mar - it has been a week since then - they are yet to process a refund.
Desired outcome: Refund

Unhelpful customer service. Tries to blame "franchisees" for the problem instead of trying to resolve it quickly.
