DSV review: Parcel not delivered

I received information that parcel was sent to me on 31 Jan 2023. I received an Email with a link to trace my parcel. I did open the link and received information that the parcel will be delivered on 02 Feb 2023 at abput 17:00. Nothing was delivered. On 03 Feb 2023 I received information that the truck had a breakdown. I was informed that the parcel will be delivered on 04 Feb 2023. Still nothing. I contacted them again and was promised that the parcel will be delivered on 05 Feb 2023. I was also informed that they will contact me to confirm if delivery topk place. Also did not happen. On 06 and on 07 Feb the same happened. Today on 07 Feb 2023 at 19:00 hours still no parcel and no response from them.
