Drylok Paint Direct Office: 570-955-4100 Ext 126 review: Would like replacement paint

I purchased 5 gallons of drylok extreme paint for my basement guaranteed to stop water. Have a problem with spots on the wall bubbleing and peeling off the wall, completely sanded the wall repainted same thing. Called and talked to a gentalman there and he sent me some primer to try. So I did a few spots and waited and it seems to be fine. I called back and talked to bridie thomas after sending her pictures, she asked me what I was looking for and explained that the primer seemed to work and was looking for replacement paint to repaint the wall. She had a one track mind / everything I said to her she came back with an answer that it wasnt there paint it was my walls and how they were prepped. I tryed explaining that the primer worked didnt want to hear. She was not plesent to try to talk to.
