Drone X Pro review: The poor performance of this product

This drone is hard to fly outside and the battery life is useless. There is really no control outdoors if there is a slight breeze. I have tried many times to get it to work and there is no more use. I want a full refund from you and to send me instructions on how to send this useless product back to you. It is of very cheap quality and there is no way someone in the united states came out with this.
