We purchased the mattress on 19/1/2017 from dreams bedding, order No093A009640
On the booklet information, it said comfort was guaranteed for 8yrs but for some reason we were cajoled in taking out insurance cover, which we now find as senseless.
My wife and I are elderly aged 72 yrs and 69yrs respectfully and we both have mobility difficulties. The last year or so I have been unable to sleep properly because of the dip where I sleep. I also have fallen out of bed numerous times because of the dip on my side of the bed and my wife has to place pillows on the floor in order to break my fall just in case I fall out again.
An agent from the ins company came today to examine it and stated there was no apparent manufacturing fault and that we should have turned it around every 3 months
Bearing in mid its a king size bed and my wife and I are frail, even he had difficulty moving it, pointing out this information is outlined in the instructions
We were not verbally informed of this otherwise we would not have purchased it
In the care instructions it also states you are not supposed to sit on the edge of the mattress, which is ridiculous because it takes me ages to get to my feet

Desired outcome: We respectfully request replacement of the item as a good will gesture as we are oaps and every penny is counted, we haven't got much longer on this planet but in the meantime we would like a comfortable bed
