In 2001, I had a breast augmentation performed by Dr. Anthony. It was a good job he did. That was then. I had to have my implants removed and replaced on July 18, 2022 because one side was deflating. I told Dr. Anthony I hadn't had a mammogram in about 6 years, and my doctor wanted me to get one before the breast implant surgery. Dr. Anthony really tried to convince me not to get a mammogram since he was so eager to get my money with no concern for my health, which kinda scared me, but I went ahead and got my mammogram after all. According to my doctor, the results came back concerning, so we decided to schedule another appointment. It was found that there was some calcium buildup and a small capsular contracture. Dr. Anthony knew the old implants I had were by Allergan McGhan and since they deflated, Allergan offer a replacement of no charge even after 21 years. A representative from Allergan Company spoke with me personally and said It was only possible for me to receive another replacement of their newer brand at no charge, In order to receive new implants under the warranty, Dr. Anthony would have to file a claim with them on my behalf, the representative at Allergan told me the patient can't file the claim, I told Dr. Anthony about my warranty with Allergan which I'm certainty he knew of this, and I also emailed and contacted Melissa DR. Anthony's secretary couple times both ignoring the warranty coverage I had. Melissa received an email from me with the contact information and phone number to the representative agent at Allergan, Melissa replied back to me with unfortunately we do not have your medical records since it has been more than 7 years since the office was required to keep them. According to Melissa a representative at Allergan advice her that claims need to be filed by the patient and not by Dr. This led Melissa and Dr. Anthony both to fabricate information for their own profit. By now you're thinking she should've chosen another doctor after all this. The reason I didn't was only because I trusted the surgeon who did the implants 21 years ago.

Dr. Anthony chose SIENTRA silicone, a completely different manufacturer. Dr. Anthony voids my warranty with Allergan by not using one of their manufacturers' implants as a no-charge option. It just keeps getting worse. He chose silicone implants with no liquid inside as opposed to my old saline implants that are filled with liquids. Coming from a C cup, Dr. Anthony and I decided to go one cup size up to a D cup. As a result of DR. Anthony's surgery, my breast size was reduced to a B cup, resulting in uneven nipples, which I informed Dr. Anthony was due to his operation making my breast smaller. He replied that numbers don't lie, so the old implants consisting of "330 cc" were removed. These implants were of a totally different style and were from a different manufacturer, so Dr. Anthony replaced them with "385 cc". Because he chose different types of implants, the so-called 55 cc added cannot be considered as a whole cup size up. It was agreed that Dr. Anthony would perform my surgery again. According to Dr. Anthony, the surgery will be performed under LOCAL ANAESTHESIA this time. It's something I've never heard of before, but I'm sure it was more profitable for him not to use the surgery facility but rather his office space. Then after all that DR. Anthony sent me a quote for the reoperation he screwed up for 8,000 despite the fact that I already paid for the surgery that was unsatisfactory.

What a warranty isn't a free pass in the case of buyer's remorse. If you are unsatisfied with your breast augmentation results or wish you'd picked a different size but there is no problem with the implant itself you're not cover under a breast implant warranty.

The breast implants that I had removed was Allergan McGhan only because of its deflation

Allergan/ McGhan breast Implants are covered by a lifetime product warranty. Dr. James P. Anthony void my warranty and didn't following the medical protocol procedures

The pictures will be attached. I'll start with the picture I took the night before the surgery followed by the 4 after surgery pictures and after all this Dr. Anthony claim he made them bigger

Desired outcome: Please refund all my money
