Dr Howard Sutkin/Kathleen Nelson review: permanent makeup (tattoo) removal from the face

On September, 8, 2018 Kathleen Nelson RN performed tattoo removal procedure on my lips using not FDA approved, produced in South Africa chemical remover called "123 tattoo free" which she injected into my lips in Dr Sutkin's office and disfigured my lips (severe scars, destroyed lip line, stiff mouth, unable to smile). After this she stole my medical record and ran away and dr Sutkin told me that he has nothing to do with her. They injured me and left me alone. I didn't get any apologies, regrets, money refund or compensation from them for my injury. I'm spending a lot of money out of my pocket now trying to fix their crime. Please help!
