Dr. Gurmeet Singh, Neurologist review: unethical/rude behavior toward patient

I have been seeing dr. Singh for close to eight months for prior collapsing/neurological issues and now reoccurring neurological issues. He did prescribe medications for seizures and was waiting on results of eeg test for the second day, so I decided to go out to the office, since no one was calling. On top of waiting on results, I needed an extention for leave of absence for work until we figured out the medical problem. The office girls told me that he only fills those out during an appointment and charges a fee, which is bullcrap. I proceeded to tell them that if I do not get the extention with medical info to them, I will not have a job or insurance for another appointment. They said they will talk to him after he is done with patient.
I had a seat for about 5 minutes, then they called me up to the window, which was in audible/visual view of other patients in waiting room. Dr. Singh comes storming into the reception area, expressing himself very loudly; "I do not have time for this" and "I am not filling out these papers" and "I have more important people with medical problems than you". He finished with; "I am not filling out those papers". I said okay, alright then, I guess go ahead and cancel the may 9th appointment because I probably will not have a job by then, and I still did not get results from eeg, which he has not even read yet.
I had given him great reviews to others because I thought he was professional and courteous. That is not the case. Regardless if anything is said or done by the ama, I will let anyone and everyone know what type of a doctor he is; rude and disrepectful.
