I have sent a shipment thru DR Courier on 18 Jan 2021 using their sea cargo service (Invoice No. 310427 dtd. 18 Jan 2021). The committed delivery time was 30-45 days. Today is 2nd June 2021. I haven't yet received the consignment nor the agency wont update me on the consignment even after sending them follow-up mails. The items sent thru this consignment were purchased and meant for my families personal use.
Request the agency to do the needful for immediate delivery of the consignment or to get paid for the items sent in addition to the charges which they took from me.
On 14th May 2023, I handed a Bosch cooking range worth AED 3500/- to ship to my home country, in India. While booking cargo, I asked about the packing and they asked me to pay extra money for a wooden covering. Also, I asked for the delivery time and they said it would take 45 days (I paid AED 900/- for the cargo + wooden covering). But, when I received, the item was not covered with wooden packing and delivered to me on 24th August 2023 yesterday. It took 102 days to deliver. The item is completely damaged and not in usable condition.The glass top broke, the glass door broke, complete oil came out.
Dr cargo team has done the job without ethics and he was (Noufal, Manager) shouting at me when I called to inform about this incident. I was shocked that, how a company can afford such kind of personals. I am totally dissatisfied with the service and staff attitude.
