On august 17th 2023 i paid miya wei a company representative of henan zhitao electronics commerce co. Ltd miya wei id number on alibaba is cn1544340711vxrw. I have my friend who lives in china pay directly into miya wei's bank account. A total of $865.68 (6224rmb) was paid to miya and she confirmed payment received on alibaba.
The order number is [protected]. I have attached the bank payment confirmation to miya and also the order detail and other messages from miya to this complaint message.
Fake fedex tracking number of [protected] was generated. The fedex tracking number has been showing label created on august 24th 2023 at 3:58am since august 24th 2023.
I paid miya wei for a 25 days delivery but it is almost over 60 days now and the package - 132 double cereal dispenser has not yet been received and the fake tracking number that she gave me above is still showing label was generated but no update about my package.
I needed this 132 double cereal dispenser for a birthday party souvenir which is happening in a week. I have contacted miya on alibaba to ask where is my package, miya has been posing me since september 21st about delivering the package but unforntunately it is over 1 month now and she has refused to deliver my package.
As it is now it seems miya is using alibaba platform to scam people or probably she had used the cheapest shipping route to send the package. Miya has been lieing for overt a month now that package is with the custom in us which i found very very untrue.
I need alibaba to get me my money paid to miya or my package unfaingly by this week.
It is not right for someone to be using alibaba platform to scam people all over the world, i am sure that alibaba will not want their company's name damaged and destroy by some fraudster using your platform to scam other people who do not live in china?
i await your help with this before i take this matter up here in the usa with the senate and the authority and the media about how i was scammed on alibaba.
