Anthony Tang is the biggest liar, scammer and fraud. His company ECHO Pet/ SHDPET and on Alibaba is dongguan Shengde Pet Products. They would say they are making your products and send fake pictures.
He would take your money and never send you the product. They would even send fake tracking numbers. Alibaba got involved and awarded us the money, because they wouldn't even respond to us. STAY AWAY! There is so much more to say but I will leave it at that... STAY FAR AWAY!
