Donatos Pizzeria review: there is still no credit for the $10.00

I live in Mt. Vernon, Ohio. On 3/26/20 I ordered a peperony 100 pcs pizza. When it came I called them and told them I got a plain peppery with about 3" of crust all the way around it. After we talked they said the would credit my account for $10.00 for the misstake. This is 4/11/20 I just looked on line at my account, and there is still no credit for the $10.00. I have alwas loved your pizza`s, now I can not trust ording form them.
