Donatos Pizzeria - The staff was totally unprofessional

My husband and I went to Donatos at 5120 N Main St in Dayton, Ohio on 1/21/2022 at between 5 P.M. and 5 :20 P.M. The team member at the cash register was not wearing a mask which I find totally unacceptable given the surge in the pandemic. I feel he should have been wearing one if he is assisting the customers. As we were waiting for our order another team member (young lady) came to the front to help. As she was waiting for a customer to come up she received a call on her cell phone, (again no mask). She proceeded to take the call and during her conversation she was using profanity (the F word) on her call which everyone in the store could hear. Unacceptable. Suddenly realizing where she was she stated I wonder if anyone could hear me, at which time my husband stated everyone in the store heard you. Needless to say we will not be going to that particular store again. I will place my order with a different store. Maybe someone from the corporate office needs to do an undercover boss to see how that store is run.
