Donatos Pizzeria review: 2 hour delivery time and hung up on me

Very rude people hung up on me they said 45 min wait and it's been 2.5 hours. I called they have me a 25 in store credit 30 mins later I called back and asked if the driver could be called to see how long she hung up on me. I understand that Friday nights is very busy but they should keep us informed now out pizza is cold. So we got a free cold pizza that took almost 3 hours to get to us. Ridiculous. This use to be my favorite pizza. What happened...
