After I clicked purchase my nightmare began!
First the timeline quoted to manufacture the bars had exceeded, so I messaged them with no response.
Second I received my bars, but they failed to notch them, so that my twist throttle could insert.
Third I contacted them about the bars not being notched, a few days later I was asked for my order number, then never heard back from her again.
Fourth I left a response on Shop about my issues with this order. A guy responded to me asking for pictures or videos, so I sent him a picture and told him I had already paid someone to make a template and notch the bars. The guy created an order to send me new bars.
Fifth, I responded back to the guy, told him again, I already paid someone to notch my bars, so don’t waste $400 sending me new ones, but if he wanted to make it right, offer me a discount….any discount, just something to acknowledge that they messed up and it cost me $200 more to fix the issue, but I never heard back from him.
In summary, they probably make good bars when they send the right ones, but if there is an issue you are screwed….so buy somewhere else!
Recommendation: Don’t buy
