Dominator Industries review: Ordered 16" bars

I had ordered a set of 16" bars as described as all in one kit also comes with the extended brake and clutch cables. When i ordered them they said expected delivery was to be july 6 2026. I looked at the tracking number everyday up to the delivery date and ups was saying the label was made yet no product was picked up yet. So when the date came no shipment obvisously. So i emailed them to try to find out when they are being shipped. I never received a reply from my response. Next i finally got a statis update that they said they were in production and was waiting for powder coat this was 2 weeks past the supposed shipping date. After that i checked the tracking number and they said ups had the product and was supposed to be shipped on july 28 2026 even though there email said it was in the process of being powder coating. The last eamil update i got was they were in assembly phase meanwhile they finally showed up on july 28 2026. Once i received them opened the box to look at them to make sure they are what i ordered only to find out the bars at 16 inches actually measured no better then a 14 because the drop on the handle bar grip swept down ao far that they would not be much better than my stock bars. So i requested a refund 1 day after i received them. They claim i have 30 days to get a full refund. I gave them all info yet i stil have not received any response yet and due to all the complaints i see about the company i want to be pro active about getting my refund so they cant try to say i dont qualify for a refund. Really sad they dont respond nor have a phone number to deal with customers. So its been almost a month from ordering and if i had seen the complaints about this company would never tried doing business with them. I already placed an order with drag specialties on july 29 2026 and will have a set of bars on the 1st of august 4 days after purchase. I just want to refund my bars and not ever do business with them again. Anyone that cant have a phone number should not be able to sell products because its seems more like a scam than a business.
