Dominator Industries review: A seat that I ordered

I placed two different orders with this company on February 2, 2025, was delighted to see that shipping labels were created just a few days after which made me think that I would be getting my products soon. My first item took two weeks to arrive after a shipping label was created, my second item is still Not shipped and it’s been almost a month, I’ve reached out to them with no response, I am happy with my first product that they provided, but am rather unhappy with not having my second product still almost one month later and no response from them.
