Dollar General - Constructive dismissal

My name is Tremayna Byrd. I worked at Family Dollar during Sunday, Jun 12 - Sat, Jun 25 pay period. I was only there two days. Wich is really unfortunate. The address is 5224 E. Main St, Columbus, oh 43213. I undoubtably had to quit due to the manger. I'm unsure what her name is because I only received a printed off slip at the end of the day with my clock in in Id number and pass code. The manager said her name was Tay. I really didn't ask the last name and wasn't sure if it was the right time to ask her. Seeing that the store was busy, and she kept saying she kept having to work double shifts. On my second day towards the end of the day I ask for a break because I was on the cash register all day, keep in mind this was like my second time ever touching a cash register ever in my life. There were vendors also coming in and out and other important people I would say, who kept asking me questions which I had no answer to. It was only my second day, and I didn't even have all the tools or login information to even run the cashier department alone. The problem took place with the accusations. I'm always up for a challenge so I didn't mind the hard work but the false accusations and pathological, consmmmate lying was a deal breaker for me. I was pulled to the side after I ask for my last fifteen-minute break. I was really unaware of the whole situation that was about to take place. I walked into the back room where my phone and personal items was stored and was ask to count the register which had been getting checked all day by my fellow employee April and cash had been took out for safety measures. I thought this was the end of the day routine until I got blindsided. She said that I had to count the money before I left, so I did. Then she told me a certain amount that should be there. I didn't hear her the first time so I ask again, and she was like just count the money and we will see. I counted the money one time and gave her the amount. She was like no that's not right count again while on her phone. She also was like if you don't count it I will have to. So, seeing the whole reason why I applied was to help, I counted it again so she wouldn't have to. She was like no that not right you like 30 dollars (estimated guess) short. Mind you I just counted it twice and the money in the register was not a lot so very easy to count. She lied to my face after I counted it twice along with her counting it and me watching. Then she was like let's roll back the cameras. So, I was so ready for the cameras to get rolled back. As I leaned in to see what she was trying to show me she said come on let's go. there was no other back was us I'm pretty sure there should have been. I was like um no I want to see what is on the cameras. She was like no, basically she had something to do, I guess. So, as I got to the front, she starts to get loud with customers around. she was like "Yea my cash register does not need to come up short I don't play." It was really weird. I chose to ignore do it being an establishment and her lies. So, I ask her could she get my charger out her office and she was like "Don't nobody want your charger". Seeing that she had a lock on her door, and I couldn't go get it myself I feel like her response was way out of line. I didn't have any call off numbers. I was made aware that the phone may not be answered numerus of times during my short stay. I was really nonconformable about everything that had happen. I no longer felt I wanted to work under such uneccarssy hostile conditions. Knowing that I didnt have any line to reach her or the store. I went in the next day to let her know I was no longer going to work. She said you did not have to come in to let me know. Seeing that I never got call of line and was made aware that they do not answer the phone, that only reason I came in. Then she was like "Well you won't be able to work at any Dollar general because you didn't put in a two week notice. At that point I had to cut all tie due to the unprofessionalism I had to endure.

Desired outcome: I would like to be removed from the list as far as not being able to work at any Dollar generals. My character was falsely accused and tarnished due to this experience. I actually enjoyed .
