Doketex Company Ltd review: yarn

We purchased the following yarns from Doketex:
1) Invoice No. 070918 dated 7th Sept, 2018. value USD 48, 504.64.
50/50 Poly-Cotton Combed Ring-Spun 30/2 for weaving shirt fabric. Qty 18, 000 kgs (! x40) with pallet packing.
What we received was:
Poly-Cotton Combed (uneven blend ratio) Open-End 12/1 (made from recycled fibers)
Its approx market value is USD 22, 000. This can only be used to make Mops or Industrial gloves. Cannot make shirt fabric from this yarn. Also the yarn was received in PP Bags instead of Pallets.
2) Invoice No. 110918 dated 11th Sept 2018. Value USD 58, 370.00
100% Cotton Combed 30/2 and Cotton carded 24/2 Ring Spun for weaving. Qty 18, 000 kgs (1x40) with Pallet packing.
What we received was:
100% Cotton Open End 16/1 (made from waste cotton) This can be perhaps only used to make cheap quality towels. Its market value is approx USD 28, 000. Again the yarn was packed in PP bags.
There was total disregard for the contracted order. But Doketex prepared all documents as per the contract and negotiated LC Sight and got full payment.
After we complained they accepted without any investigation (because they knew)
and agreed to take back the containers and give us LC. The LC opening date was postponed week after week and month after month. And now they have finally told us they have no money and cannot open LC to take back the defective containers.
This was very well planned and executed fraud.
From this company the main perpetrators are:
1) Ms. Liv Moore - Mobile No. +[protected] (since the problem and pressure became serious she blocked her mobile and also gave charge of our account to Tran.
2) Tran Noah (bigger crook than Liv) refused to give his mobile number and gave only his office number +[protected]. This number only rings and is never attended.
When we investigated this company in detail we found :
a) They have no Factory (as advertised on their website).
b) The office address and office Tel No. is phony.
c) Tran and Liv are not their real names but assumed names.
d) They bought this trash from another Factory named DoanKet.
Since we started pursuing the matter with Embassy and their Trade Department both Tran and Liv have gone underground.
Please all be aware of these fraudster as they might very well be functioning with a new company and new aliases.
Never buy any goods without visiting the Factory and Office. We got duped because we only tested the samples (which were very good quality) and that impressed us to trust them and give initial order.
Vietnam is also becoming hotbed of breeding new scamsters everyday because the legal system is very lax and these fraudsters are never persecuted.
