i orderd a L-XL for my 55 lb. dog and when it came it was so small! i was so mad cuz i paid almost $50 for this tiny blanket. i wouldnt recommend buying from dogheaven.com. save your money and go somewhere else.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience at Dogheaven. I mean, I shelled out over 40 bucks for a "jumbo" blanket, but when it arrived, it was barely big enough to cover my toy poodle! And don't even get me started on how thin it was - I might as well have been wrapping my pup up in tissue paper!

Honestly, I feel like I got ripped off. I could have gotten a way better deal at Walmart for like, 5 bucks. And to top it all off, the customer service was pretty lackluster. When I reached out to them about my dissatisfaction, they were slow to respond and didn't seem to care much about my concerns.

Overall, I would not recommend ordering from Dogheaven. Save your money and go somewhere else where you can get a better deal and better customer service.

I bought two blankets from Dogheaven on October 7th. They told me that the blankets were on backorder and would be shipped soon. However, it took two weeks for them to ship my order. On October 27th, UPS informed me that my package was somewhere in China. But it hasn't been updated since then! I'm worried that something is wrong. I've ordered from China before, and it never takes this long! Even if my package shows up, I won't be ordering from Dogheaven again. I suggest you stay away from them too!

I was so excited to get my hands on some blankets from Dogheaven (dogheaven.com) that I saw on their Instagram page. I placed my order on July 3rd and paid $62 through my PayPal account. However, it's been a whole month now and I still haven't received my blankets. I haven't heard much from them either, which is a bit frustrating.
