Received email Oct 24, 2022 stating engine was picked up & in transit.
Expected Arrival Date Oct 21, 2022. States from Lumberton NC to Dalton GA (Tate's Automotive). It wasn't delivered. Every time I contacted David, he gave me an excuse (truck broke down etc) and would be delivered in a day or two. This went on constantly. A truck driver called me Wednesday and told me he was in Selma, AL and would deliver by noon Thursday, 11/03/22. Didn't deliver. David has now set his business phone so a recording immediately comes on stating the person trying to reach is not available - goodbye. He doesn't answer his personal phone or respond to text messages.
Phone number "truck driver" called on [protected] doesn't answer. When I questioned David about the truck being in Selma, AL he stated the company has warehouses all over. I reminded him he told me (and the email states) it was shipping from Lumberton, NC. Obvious it is a scam. I cannot afford to lose $ 1011.15 and I need car repaired to drive.

Desired outcome: Would really like for the engine (as described on invoice) to be delivered to Tate's Automotive in Dalton. If it isn't possible to get the engine right away, need full refund.
I ordered parts from these scammers. They asked me to deposit the funds in their account the name on the account Ryan Norwood @Truist bank. Its been over 3 weeks and they keep claiming they have not received the payment and they are refusing to either give me a refund or send my part. Its been too much back and forth i am not even interested in the parts no more. I went to the bank and they can only confirm that the money has been deposited and they have even made a withdrawal. Unfortunately they will not give me anymore detail because it is not my account. But the person we have been talking to David Paxton insists to me that they have not received $1025 that i deposited in their account on 12/13/2022 at 10:59am. These people are fraud but they will not get away with it. Do not play with people's hard work like that. You will definitely be hearing from our lawyers. I will be rating them a 1 because there is no option for 0. Dont mess with these people.
I was scammed for $1475. For 6.0 motor by Steve Dobbs in N/C . ASAP auto sales
Supposedly the driver picked up the motor and Casper Wyoming and was on the truck got a call from the shipping company said I needed to pay more money otherwise they would not drop off the motor.Aiden trust shipping got a tracking number and everything go to the website says it’s going to be delivered on such and such date never showed up
Called Steve Dobbs numerous times, and he gave me some story every time then he said the motor would be here the next morning waiting for a call no show called Steve Dobbs all the numbers associated with those businesses are disconnected

I purchased a motor from the business. David told me my motor was on the way. Three weeks later, no motor. Then he wanted more money and when I refused, all communications stop. I have receipt. I have emails to prove also.
