So, I wanted to get myself a rubber band for my shredder, right? I went ahead and placed an order with Do It Best on June 10, 2023. The order number was 6790-*** (yeah, I know, it's a long one). But guess what? They canceled my order and didn't bother giving me my money back. Can you believe that? And you know what excuse they gave me? They said my payment was made with a non-USA card. Like, seriously? That's just plain unfair.

But it doesn't end there. Oh no, it gets worse. When I tried reaching out to them for some answers, they just went silent on me. They stopped responding to my questions altogether. Can you imagine the nerve? It's like they don't even care about their customers.

To be honest, it feels like they straight-up stole my hard-earned money. I mean, who does that? It's not cool at all. I trusted them to deliver what I ordered and they let me down big time. It's a real shame because I've heard good things about Do It Best before, but now I'm left feeling cheated and disappointed.

So, my advice to you is to think twice before making any purchases from Do It Best. If you're not using a USA card, they might just cancel your order and keep your money without any remorse. It's a real bummer, but hey, at least you've been warned.

If you end up with something you ain't happy with, you can only return it if the dang box is still sealed shut! Can you believe that? If the quality is garbage, if you just changed your mind, or if the thing looks different when you get it, tough luck! You can only return stuff that's still in its original packaging! Now, they don't come right out and say it, but according to their so-called customer service, that's what they mean. Let me tell ya, my item hadn't even been used or taken out of its wrapping, it was just removed from the box. The box wasn't even damaged, and the item was in perfect condition to be resold. But nope, not according to these jokers! I swear, I will never do business with them again, and I sure as heck won't set foot in their stores. This company needs to learn a lesson about how to treat their customers! Take a look at the pictures I've included. The first one is what they showed on their website, and the second one is what I actually got. Can you believe the difference?

Now, they've included a copy of their return policy, but let me tell ya, it don't say nothin' about items havin' to be unopened to get a refund! When I called 'em up to start a return, they told me that in order to meet their fancy criteria of bein' "new in original packaging," the item had to be unopened. Well, I called 'em out on it, 'cause that ain't what their policy says! I told 'em that if that's what they meant, they should've said it plain and clear. But you know what that rude, condescending rep said to me? They said, "Was the box open when you got it?" Can you believe the nerve of 'em? This is some shady business, folks! Real shady! I'm tellin' ya, stay far away from this company! Don't do business with 'em, and save yourself the headache!
