Only if I could put in words as to how upset I am with this one of a kind phone company. so the journey started when the sales guys from this company would not stop coming in my office forcing me to sign the paperwork and when that didn't work they ended up bringing their manager David who is the most unprofessional guy I have ever met in my life. He started taking everything personally when I refused to sign with their company by raising his voice and showing me attitude. Right when they left I did some research and it just so happened that a guy who used to work for this company walked into my office representing another phone company. He told me all the details about how DMR works. They only have a staff of 7 people in the office when they lie to every customer that they have around 100 or so employees. The most shocking fact he told me was that every review on this website is put in by the DMR sales reps. How pathetic is that when a company has to write their own reviews to get customers to sign with them. My stong advice...STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

DMR Communications is the worst Telecom company to do business with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY ! Here is my story: Originally I tried to cancel my contract in November 2011 and I was given a letter that stated that I would owe them $9, 878.72. I then stopped the process. Then in February 2012, 3 months before the contract was to end I tried to cancel and was told that I would owe $3, 292.91 I asked why and that told me that my contract ended the date that the service began. In May of 2012 I again tried to cancel my contract this time I was told that Sir Speedy was auto renewed back in April. Due to the fact that Sir Speedy printing was misled to keep us in a contract and lead to believe that the contract would be ending in August of 2012 which was the start date of service back in August 2009, but however the contract was auto renewed in April 2012 which is when the contract was signed in April of 2009. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !
