DKH Putnam CT review: Prescriptions

My dr retired. The Aprn will not refill my percocets. Aug 28th I took a urine test. He got the test results on September 1st. He called in my percocets on September 5th. Now he will not call them in bcz the test results were neg. I have been on the percocets since the 1990's. I take 6 of the NAME BRAND percocets everyday. I have chronic pain. This is why I wanted 2 take another urine test. He refuses to order it. He also blocked me from getting the percocets filled at Walgreens. This man just stopped me cold turkey. He's playing with my life. Who does he think he is? I need help. Can someone contact me at [protected]
