DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered online and when my order came - NOTHING fit correctly. I noticed on my receipt in the mail they stamped everything "FINAL SALE" and I thought that was odd because online it didn't state that. I tried calling and emailing the company and did not receive a response. I drove all the way to Pleasant Grove 2 days later to receive a refund. Was over a 100 mile trip. You can imagine my frustration when 1 of the items in the mail I ordered they wrote I'd receive a refund for because they were out of stock on that item. Well, as I went to return, they advised me I could not. I even mentioned I was owed a refund anyway because I didn't receive ALL the merchandise I had previously paid for. Well, they said they could exchange for the same item. Then, they didn't have the SAME ITEM in my size, so I'm thinking, give me a refund. NOPE. Instead, I was able to have "Store Credit." Then, I purchased a swimsuit instead. Well, I had previously paid $80.72 for my merchandise previously. They issued me a credit of $47.12. I was still owed - $33.60! Well, she wouldn't credit me that because she said that their credit department would issue me a check. So, I ended up shelling them more money - an additional $32.00. YIKES. So, I spent nearly $113 for a swimsuit - not to mention what I paid in my travel to get there and back. When I called to ask when my refund would come, they don't answer the phone. Left another message. YOU ARE BETTER OFF SPENDING MONEY AT NORDSTROMS FOR A SWIMSUIT THIS PRICEY - AT LEAST YOU WON'T DEAL WITH A CLOSED-ENDED RETAILER! BUYER BEWARE!

Funny I tried to return something the day after I bought it. It arrived on Saturday and I tried to return it Tuesday. She's prob still there. She laughed at me too and said she was doing me a favor!?!?!? What favor was that exactly>?

I purchased from them many times for many years, but haven't in a few years because the style suddenly changed to very trendy instead of classy. After having to hassle customer service to even make a purchase, I decided to search reviews and I am glad I did. Their management, customer support, return policy and dresses have totally changed since two or three years ago! Please, what happened to this company? Someone has taken it over and driven it to a place that lace service and integrity. I purchased from them in the past simply because they were a small Christian company that valued modesty, which my values align with. Has anyone else been a long term customer who used to be thrilled, but now boycotts?

I submitted on an early Tuesday morning and requested to have it shipped out immediately. The order did not get shipped until Thursday. I called the manager to see if it were possible to get my order here quicker and she laughed at me. She continued to put down anything I would say. She claimed that she was trying to help me, but she wasn't. The customer should always be right, and she obviously thinks differently. I requested for my money back because I wanted to take my business elsewhere and she refused to. Saying that it just happend to be that the company didn't accept returns after 3 days. (which is the day I called.) This Manager was rude and then hung up on me. When I called back, she claimed she was with a customer and hung up on me again.

Of the above comment I spoke with a representative from their home office of the above complaint and what sillykimma is saying is not true. The company did refund your $ in full for one order you placed and did refund your exchange also with a 20% restocking fee as they have an exchange only policy and you knew this when you ordered and it was even noted on your exchange as well. Please if you are going to post, please post the truth for all of us to know as we come to these review boards to learn about companies that we have not heard of and your post is blantely dishonest. I did order with this company and will post my experience once I get my order. My friends love Diviine ModesTee and told me that all these complaints are very few in comparison to the happy customers Diviine ModesTee has helped. Again everyone please post only the truth please don't exaggerate or lie about your experience. Be in touch

I have reported this company to the BBB, filed multiple complaints in online forums and will continue to do so until this horrid company refunds all my money!

Lets Put them Out of Business! They do not deserve to have a business if they only cheat the consumer and do not value their customers! Little do they know that word of mouth is everything now days with the world wide web!
Maybe they wont refund our money, but they wont be getting anyone elses money either if we spread the word!

Here is the email I sent them. If you have not received a refund or have not been able to contact customer service (yea thats a joke) or return your items, I encourage you to file a complaint against them at the BBB. You will get your money back!

In relation to the poor customer service experience I have received thus far, I am emailing you the proof of shipment of the original swimsuit back to you with the promise of a full refund in the email that I am replying to. The reordered swimsuit never arrived, I am in possession of only one suit with a swim skirt. Therefore, you owe me money.

The dishonest nature of your business and providing what was paid for upon receipt of the money paid as well as the horrid customer service provided on multiple occasions as I have been trying over the past 2 months to sort this out and wasted my time trying to get a swimsuit for my daughter is going to be well known in as many corners of the internet as I can find. While I WAS interested in the modesty of your suits, I am disappointed in your dishonest business practices. This circumstance of you taking my money without providing me with a product as well as pretending you never received the suit I returned to you is an illegal act and will not look good to the BBB. The fact that I was told by Julie that she would refund my money immediately for the suit I was charged for and never recieved two weeks ago and she never did refund the money until I again had to waste my time (45 minutes) on the phone to have this refund again promised to me. It is now May 21st, I returned the suit as requested on May 3 Priority Mail - (3 days max). Yet I have not received a refund or a suit in exchange, yet you have again kept my money without providing me a product. In the mean time (2 months) my daughter has had the opportunity and desire to go swimming. I bought her a suit from a local store. I had originally been excited to get her a suit that may last her a few years by ordering her one from your company. I will not make that mistake again. Since I had to buy her a new suit while I waited for your company to honor the order I placed, I will not accept an exchange. This is a special circumstance that you should consider making an exception and refund my money for the suit I returned to you.

The tracking number is 9505510290843123598546 which states it was delivered to you on May 6, 2013 @ 1248pm. I paid $5.60 to send this suit back to you. It would be nice if you would refund that too.

I have all my original receipts and all the correspondence through email as well as phone logs of all the calls I placed to your company. If I do not receive a refund for the suit I returned by tomorrow May 22, I will dispute all charges through my credit card company.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I went into their store because I had read negative reviews online and wanted to make sure a dress fit since they don't allow returns. I was greeted by a sales rep who told me she would help me in a minute. So I waited and waited and waited (I was the only person in the store). After about 10 minutess of being ignored, I told my kids that we would be leaving due to poor customer service. They must have heard me because they immediately came out and asked what I needed help with. I responded "nothing. Because of your lack of customer service. You have lost my business. " Her response : "Don't let the door hit you on the way out." I have never been treated so badly at a place of business.

I have had a wonderful experience with this company. I have bought all my swimsuits from them and would never buy anywhere else. I have bought a few dresses from them too. I have had to return stuff to them and have had no problem. I don't know why people feel they have to act so malicously against a great company who offers such great quality products. This is one of the only companies who I would go out of my way to recommend to anybody.

Actually I have had nothing but a GREAT experience with this company. My swim suit top's strap broke after their defective policy expired and they took care of me and gave me a new swim top no questions asked. I am aware of their no refund policy, but really is it not the customer's responsibility to read an online store's policy before you order? I love this company and their stand for modesty. I have since purchased two dresses and also found one of them a little big which I exchanged and it fit well, and the other one fits great and I get many compliments. I am glad that this company offers such quality products and backs up their quality as well. Chelsea R

Had a terrible experience with this company. The product they showcased on their website was completely different than the one they sent us. When we called to try to get it cleared up, we had one of the worst customer experiences we've ever had. We spoke to Kelly, the manager, on the phone, who was rude and most unhelpful. Since this site has a NO refund policy, I would be VERY hesitant to do business with them. Some of their product images grossly misrepresent the actual products sold, and their size chart is completely inaccurate. We ordered four bridesmaid dresses after measuring each girl and EVERY one was the wrong size (plus the color was way off). They are EXTREMELY slow at shipping, and take days to answer e-mail and phone messages. Would NOT deal with this company again.

I have had a very similar experience with this company. I have never, ever been blatantly cheated, from an on-line company, as I have been from D.M. I am now stuck with two dresses, totally $75.00 and CANNOT get a refund for them. (Even though the tags are on and they are still shown on the web-site!) What is really bizarre, is that there is not an actually phone number where you can call and speak to a live customer service representative. Needless to say, e-mails go unanswered and money that is due me has not been refunded in a year's time. I just continue to e-mail everyone I know (LDS) who might purchase from this company - letting them know that I have been ripped off and they can expect the same loss of money if they do business with them.
