Direct Auto review: I want them to fix my car

I am insured with Direct Auto thru Buschbach Insurance. My policy period was issued 07/29/2022 - 01/29/2023. I had an accident on Dec 26th 2022. I have not been able to reach my adjuster Amy Lariviere EXT. 4542. Nobody has reached out to me at all! I pay 209.00 per month. I've emailed them. I've called and asked to speak to supervisors and managers. No response! I need to get my car fixed. This is insane. Please help me.
