I ordered an eyeliner and a highlighter from Dior.com because they did not have the particular colors in stock at Sephora at the time.
The box came extremely damaged but the main issue was that the eyeliner I ordered was missing and when I contacted customer service about the missing item ([protected]@dior.com) they keep saying my issue is with USPS because the box was damaged.
USPS is not liable for an item they never included in the box.
