Stay away from any cemetery owned by dignity memorial.
(sci). They indeed try very hard to suck all your blood away even when you or your parents are dying or you are just pre-planning your death.

The example is like when you want a piece of land for build a 1000 square feet of house (that's your future house after you die) they want you to buy an acre of land. Ridiculous business.

Here are the new evidence an employee from Dignity Memorial headquarter communicated with us. He called us two days ago trying to solve the dispute complaint with Shannan Speicher, Skyline Memorial Gardens, Portland, Oregon. However in our perspectives he is even worse than Shannan Speicher.

Apologies for my delay in getting back to you. I have just confirmed that the square footage requirement would remain the same - 21' x 20'.

Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

Thank you for the new information.

We also have new information.

The weight of our most favorite mausoleum is 37, 000 pounds plus the weight of the door and a window.

If the land size necessary to support the mausoleum is affected by weight, then please do provide us a new lot estimate.

Sincerely,
Warren and Judy McReynolds

Subject: Minimum property requirements

Good evening Mr. Williams. It was a pleasure speaking with you today. As promised I have the dimensions discussed on our call. According to our cemetery construction experts, we would need to plan on a minimum of a 5 ft. perimeter on each side of the proposed private estate.

Proposed building 11' x 10'.
Property required 21' x 20' or 420 sq. ft.
420 x 250 per square foot is $105, 000.00
ECF, calculated at 15% of land price, is $15, 750.00
Total cost of property and ECF is $120, 750.00

Please feel free to call or email with any questions of concerns.

Best regards,

Tom

Followings are the addendum of my previous review of 'Skyline Memorial Gardens".

I would like to point out that in the first meeting with Shannan Speicher on March 2, 2019 there is another manager called "Axxxda" sat with us the whole time. Axxxda told us she had been with Skyline for more than 3 or 4 years. When Shannan quoted us $250/sq.ft including endowment card fund and if that was indeed wrong Axxxda should had corrected her right on the spot not let Shannan played all kinds of tricks three weeks later. I am pretty sure they are selling the plot/land every single day they should have the figure stamped on their brain. And considering Shannan even can not do a simple math do you think they really forgot $250 is including or excluding 15 percent of ECF. If this case goes to the court I don't think Dignity Memorial will win as Shannan indeed has no creditability at all - lied what she had said, lied even when her co-worker was present in the meeting.
