Merchant after delaying my refund for over 20 days for various BS reasons refused to honor full refund as promised on their website. Then changed said policy as stated on their website the very same day. OMG!
$2195.00 purchase and merchant kept pver $315 from transaction, refuses to take my calls and refuses to deal with compaint via BBB, small claims court is next for him now. I will get my money back. Merchant owes me $87.21 for insuring and returning it to him as he refused to answer my repetitive requests for a Return Authorization Number for two weeks.
You guys don't get it. I was never told of any fee for returning something that did not work right. It was something I had seen at a tradfe show, then called and ordered over the phone. Was never given any receipt nor transaction agreement at all. They simply billed my card for $2195.00, then refused to refund my money when I sent it back unused and well insured. You only have a small portion of the story. It's been a nightmare dealing with this guy and I simply want my money back.

I have to agree with one thing Tasha says, this is a public people will call you names and harass you. You don't like it, as Tasha said go cry to mommy.
Tasha is harassing you and trolling you, but you have to watch what you say to people. What you say to people can really get you into trouble for online threats. This site works fine, just because you did not get the replies you wanted does not make it a bad website.
