My fiancé bought my engagement ring here. He was under the impression it was a lab grown diamond (due to the extremely similar wording) and so was I, from a quick glance at the website. When he bought it, they didn't offer an option to buy an actual lab grown diamond, so he assumed that was what he was buying. We only realized when we went to buy a matching wedding band that we actually got the nexus diamond alternative, which is not a lab grown diamond. Since we were past the 30-day return policy, they didn't allow us to exchange or return the product. We were hoping to pay the difference and have the fake diamonds replaced with lab grown diamonds, but that was not something they would consider. We are extremely disappointed in the misleading way this company advertised their product. They very carefully word everything so that they are legally protected while not being as transparent as they can be to the average consumer (at least months ago before they updated their website). They call their product lab "created" instead of lab "grown" and add "simulant" at the very end. The ring is nice but it's just expensive party jewelry and after 30 days, you're out of options. I do not recommend using this company.

I bought a ring from DiamondNexus and it's been a few months now. I wear it every day and it still looks as good as new. The diamond is shiny and sparkly, just like they said it would be. The band is comfortable and fits perfectly. I've gotten a lot of compliments on it too!

The ordering process was easy peasy. I just went on their website and picked out the ring I wanted. They had a lot of options to choose from, so it took me a little while to decide. But once I did, I just put in my info and clicked "buy." It arrived in the mail a few days later, and I was so excited to open it up and see it in person.

I was a little worried about buying a diamond online, but DiamondNexus made me feel confident in my purchase. They have a lot of information on their website about their diamonds and how they're made. They even have a video that explains the process, which was really interesting to watch.

Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase from DiamondNexus. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality diamond at a reasonable price. They have great customer service too - I had a question about my order and they got back to me right away. So yeah, no complaints from me!

Twice during the three years we’ve had our wedding ring we've had to return it to Diamond Nexus because one of the three stones has fallen out. Each time they told us how to return it through FedEx and sent us Shipping Labels.

The second time, although the ring and loose diamond were double bagged, the ring fell out or was stolen, they said, during transit. My wife was distraught, her beautiful wedding ring, twice broken, was now gone.

When the ring was lost, Diamond Nexus said that although they arranged the shipping return, they didn’t bother to insure the shipping and it was our responsibility, so we should contact our insurance, if we had arranged insurance. Believing that, as a responsible company, they had insured their returns, we hadn’t.

Twice broken in three short years, now we’ve lost our beautiful (and expensive) wedding ring.

What a rip-off company - DON’T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS, they can break your heart, (and your bank!)

My husband purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from Diamond Nexus. I needed the rings resized to a larger size. When I sent them in, Carmen contacted me and inquired if I knew that the engagement ring was Platinum and the wedding band was 14K white gold. I did not know this, and when I brought this to my husband's attention, he was livid. He ordered both rings in Platinum, and was not aware that one had been sent as white gold. Carmen also stated that from what she could see in the records was that this is what was ordered. Carmen reported this to management and the next day I received a voice mail message from Maria who said they were looking into the matter and if I had any further communication, to email them. I immediately emailed Maria, telling her that my husband and I discussed this issue, and we would like them to proceed with resizing the rings as requested, as to waiting indefinitely for them to look into what happened. It is our belief that the company will simply state that this is what he ordered and it will be a waste of time to wait for them to continue looking into the issue. This occurred on Wednesday October 20, 2021 at approximately 12:00 p.m. At the writing of this Complaint, it is Thursday, October 21, 2021, and they are still "looking into" what happened. My husband and I really cannot see what could possibly take so long as to look up an order and see what was ordered vs what was provided. In my email to Maria I indicated that we want them to proceed with the resizing and send back my rings asap. I sent the email at 9:30 am, at 1:00 pm, still no response. I am disappointed with the seemingly deceptive way this company operates. If Carmen found it necessary to call me to exclaim that one ring was platinum and the other white gold, and wanted to confirm that we were sure this was what we had as it was quite unusual - then I am concerned that this company did not knowingly substitute a white gold for a platinum one without my husband's knowledge or consent. Their delay in responding and providing proof of their claim that this is what he ordered, only further supports my suspicions and my concerns. On today, October 21, 2021, I called to follow-up on my email and spoke to Misty who again said the same broiler plate response, they are looking into it and will be back in touch as soon as they can. Meanwhile, they have my rings. Have not confirmed that the mismatched rings are in fact what was ordered by my husband. Nor when they will proceed with resizing the rings and getting them back to me. While we were originally satisfied with this company, my confidence in them as plummeted significantly and we will be pursuing further legal action if they do not respond, fulfill the warranty contract, and provide proof that what we received is what my husband in fact ordered.

Don’t buy any rings from the company www.diamondnexuslabs.com. The rings are made from fake and fragile material, which can be easily broken and damaged. I received already broken ring and the seller hasn’t provided the warranty, therefore I couldn’t change it. I continued to argue with the seller, but all my attempts were useless. Be careful and better don’t order from this terrible seller.

I twice ordered from the website www.diamondnexus.com. For the first time, I didn’t get my order at all. They offered me to choose something else and promised to deliver it completely for free. I chose earnings, but they delivered wrong item. I tried to return it, but no one replied to my emails. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this company, ‘coz the services are really bad and unprofessional.

I BOUGHT A RING AND EARRINGS A FEW YEARS AGO FROM DIAMOND NEXUS.

I JUST SOLD THE EARRINGS ON EBAY...ONLY TO FIND THAT MY BUYER FILED A REPORT AGAINST ME BECAUSE THE DIAMONDS WEREN'T REAL! I GAVE HIM A REFUND AND HE RETURNED THE EARRINGS.

NOW I CAN'T SELL THE RING OR THE EARRINGS UNLESS I LIST THEM AS "CZ" AND TAKE AN OFFER FOR LESS THAN 1/4 OF WHAT I PAID FOR THEM.

My husband knows how I feel about mined diamonds and he picked out the Heavenly Kiss for my engagement ring. I love the ring, but being a Police Officer it is hard to work in and I am fearful of losing my setting, so I do not get to wear my ring often.

My husband is now deployed, and I have expressed my concern to him since he won't buy me a ring I can work in...he has just picked out a beautiful ring and matching band which has a smaller setting and not a 3.6 center stone as my current ring. I was told that we must spend 50% more on a ring to get the full exchange price on my ring. The cost of my ring was 2500.00 the Dolce with matching band comes to a little over 2200.00, I really can't explain this to my husband very well because it is unclear to me.

Does a ring purchased with this company lose value after thirty days? How does a ring that cost less than one we would like to trade have an out of pocket cost of 600.00?

Our ceremony is in spring 2012 and I was ordering his ring from Diamond Nexus as well...but I am now afraid that if he wants an upgrade I won't be able to afford it.

This is heartbreaking and I am totally upset. This economy isnt the greatest and it takes a lot of planning to spend large amounts of money these days. We work hard for our salaries. I was in a jewelry store, located in the St. Louis Galleria looking for my husbands ring. The gentleman who showed my some choices asked about my ring.I was proud of where I got it from and told him my story. He asked if I minded him asking the cost, I didn't mind at all. I shared the cost with the kind sir, and with a softened smile he said " For that price you could have had a real diamond" I shared the story with my husband and he asked did I want another ring. I told him we have invested so much with this company, let's just stay with them...boy, was I wrong.

I purchased a diamond nexus lab stone to have set in an heirloom ring that had lost the center stone. Diamond Nexus Labs will not guarantee their stones if they do not set them, but I did not want to send my ring off and chance losing it. I had the stone mounted and their was no damage as a result of using a local, very reputable, jeweler to mount the stone. I examined it after it was mounted under high magnification and there was no damage at all and it looked beautiful. Last week I dropped the ring and the DNL stone cracked and chipped. Yup - just like a piece of glass. They are obviously not even a fraction of the hardness of a diamond, as claimed in their advertising. They won't do anything about it because they didn't set, it even though that had nothing to do with it cracking. Stay away from these stones, they are not a bargain. I wasted $150.00 and should have just bought a CZ.
